Our investment strategy is to invest in sectors where we have knowledge,
experience and a successful track record. These sectors are driven
by fundamental economic and business trends that create attractive
investment opportunities and are often supported by proprietary
technology. The following are sectors in which WWC has active interest:

- Software
- Information Technology
- Internet marketing
- Financial services

Investment Focus
We target companies that have a strong competitive advantage and
are able to have a solid impact in their market. Most of the companies
we finance are in the expansion stage of business development. Expansion
stage companies to us are ones that have demonstrated some market
traction for their product or service offering, but have not demonstrated
the full potential of the business model and may not have achieved
profitability. Most of the WWC portfolio companies have ranged from
$1 million to $25 million in annual revenues. Other important characteristics
include:
- An experienced, capable and motivated management team
- Technologies and/or services with a competitive advantage that
meet a market demand or opportunity
- A business model that will enable rapid and efficient expansion
of the business
Investment Size Range
WWC is looking to invest between $1million and $3million in an
individual company across all stages of investment.
