WWC assembles a specialized senior deal team for each engagement. Unlike many of our competitors, the team that our clients meet before the engagement is executed is the team that will remain involved and will execute the mandate. Each deal team is typically led by one or two senior partners. We encourage you to review the backgrounds of our professionals to obtain an understanding of the deep knowledge and experience that WWC brings to the transaction environment.
Private Equity Team
WWC’s investment team understands the challenges young companies face growing to maturity and are prepared to partner with management to build value. We bring deep experience in the areas of capital structure, exit planning, compensation structures, and strategic planning. We are also prepared to use our extensive network to “open doors” for the company whenever requested. However, we do not view our role as that of operating professionals and do not seek to become involved in the day-to-day operation of our portfolio companies. We encourage you to review the backgrounds of our professionals to obtain an understanding of the deep knowledge and experience WWC brings to a portfolio company. In addition, its partners actively participate in direct investments separate from its funds.
