WWC Securities Advises Claraview, Inc. on Acquisition by Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC)

On March 3, 2008, Claraview, Inc. was acquired by Teradata Corporation. Claraview is a leading strategy and technology consultancy that helps companies and government agencies use business intelligence to achieve competitive advantage and operational excellence. Teradata Corporation is the global leader in data warehousing and analytic technologies. WWC Securities, LLC acted as financial advisor to Claraview on this transaction.
