Carlton T. Barnes

Mr. Barnes assists WWC Capital Group and its clients in their international business development strategies, especially in the technology markets. He has held a number of senior level business development positions in the international defense industry. These include VP and country manager for Raytheon where he played a key role in winning several major new programs. Mr. Barnes was previously a senior corporate consultant to Lockheed Martin for many years. In that role, he advised on a number of its major European defense programs. Based in Europe, Mr. Barnes currently advises several major clients on strategy and marketing in Europe and the Middle East. Before joining the business world, Mr. Barnes served on active duty as an officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Mr. Barnes holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and a MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University.
