Private Equity

WWC has staffed its professional ranks with people that understand the difficulty of growing young companies to maturity and are prepared to partner with the management team to accomplish company goals. We bring deep experience in the areas of capital structure, exit planning, compensation structures, and strategic planning. We are also prepared to use our extensive network to “open doors” for the company whenever requested. However, we do not view our role as that of operating professionals and do not seek to become involved in the day-to-day operation of our portfolio companies.
